About

Toolery is a set of free online tools, including document tools designed to work well with Arabic: correctly joined letters, right-to-left text, and tables that start from the right as in Word. The site is also available in English and French.

Why we started

The project began with a real need: a teacher who wanted to open a Word document and convert files between Word and PDF without Arabic turning into scattered symbols. We could not find tools that treat Arabic carefully and respect the privacy of files, so we built them.

What we offer

Your privacy

Every tool runs in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers.

What we do not promise

We do not claim to match Microsoft Word exactly. We get close for common documents, and each tool page states its limits honestly.
